We need about two to three litres of water daily to maintain normal
body functions. If your skin is not getting enough water, it begins to
wrinkle and you start to age.
Find time daily to rest no matter how busy you are. Have a regular
sleeping and waking time. The more the stress your body experiences the
higher the level of cortisol ( stress hormone) released into your
system. This can cause you to age fast.
- Avoid too much exposure to sunlight
The ultraviolet rays of the sun causes a lot of damage to the skin.
Avoid spending long hours under the sun. Wear protective clothing and
sunglasses when it is very sunny.
