[PHOTO] Bowl Of Rice Registered As A Voter By INEC In Anambra

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) presented a bowl of rice as one of  the registered voters during the recently concluded gubernatorial election in Anambra State.  The bowl of rice pictured in INEC’s voter’s roll was registered as a 37 year old male voter in Umuerodili township in Anambra State.
